Q3: Are Playtrixlab toys truly safe for both kids and pets? A: Absolutely. Safety is our top priority and the foundation of our 'Lab'. All materials are non-toxic, free of harmful chemicals, and subjected to rigorous testing to meet both strict international toy standards for children AND durability standards for pets.

Q4: How do you ensure durability for pets? A: We select pet-friendly, resilient materials designed to withstand chewing and rough play while avoiding small, swallowable parts. Our products are engineered for the specific play patterns of both audiences, focusing on robust construction.

Q5: What age range are the kids' products suitable for, and what size are the pets' products for? A: Specific age ranges and pet size recommendations are listed on each product page. Generally, our children's products are designed for ages 3 and up, and our pet products cater to small to medium dogs and most domestic cats, with size charts provided.

 

Using Our Products

 

Q6: Can a child play with the pet toy, and vice versa? A: Yes! That is the core feature of our Dual-Play Trix design. All products are safe for both. However, we always recommend adult supervision during joint play to ensure mutual respect and gentle handling between the child and pet.

Q7: How should I clean Playtrixlab products? A: Most of our products can be easily spot-cleaned or wiped down with mild soap and water. Detailed cleaning instructions are provided on the packaging and on the specific product page on our website.

 

Placing & Managing Your Order

 

Q1: How do I place an order? A: Placing an order is simple:

  1. Add your desired items to the shopping cart.
  2. Proceed to Checkout or select the PayPal button.

  3. On the Customer Information page, enter your contact and address details.

  4. Enter any valid discount code and click "Apply".

  5. Click "Continue to Shipping Method", verify the address, and click "Continue on to Payment Method".

  6. Enter your payment details and click "Complete Order". You will receive an on-screen confirmation and a second confirmation via email with your Order Number.

Q2: How do I know my order has been successfully submitted? A: You will immediately receive an email confirmation containing your Order Number and the full details of your purchase.

Q3: Can I change or cancel my order? A: Yes, quickly! Amending or canceling your order is allowed on or before 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. After this cutoff time, changes cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately at service@playtrixlab.com to request any modifications.

Q4: How do I use a discount code? A: Enter the code in the "Discount" field located on the right side of the Customer Information page during checkout and click "Apply". You will see the discount reflected in your order total breakdown before proceeding to payment.

Shipping & Returns

 

Q8: What if I receive missing or incorrect products? A: We apologize for any error! For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us immediately at service@playtrixlab.com. Quote your Order Number and provide a photo proof (image file size under 1MB). We will happily reship the correct item at no extra cost. You may keep the wrongly sent item as a gift from us!

Shopping Cart Help

 

Q10: How do I add, view, or change the quantity of items in my cart? A:

Add: Navigate to the item page, select your preferences, and click "Add to Cart."

View: Click the Cart icon located at the top of the website page.

Change Quantity: While viewing your cart, update the number in the "Quantity" field next to the item. The total cost will automatically update.

Remove: Click the "Remove" link below the quantity listing for the item you wish to delete.
